Returns
Customer satisfaction is our goal. We intend to handle your return professionally.
We realize that sometimes the bulb you ordered isn't quite right. On all stock items, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for full credit - less shipping charges (see details below).
Please inspect your package upon receipt for accuracy, damage or defective products.
No returns on special orders, clearance and closeout items.
"Special order" includes but is not limited to bulbs and quantities we don't typically carry in stock.
Return Authorization is Required
If you need to return any products, you must call us to obtain a Return Authorization (RTN) number.

When you call, a customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization and give you instructions on how to return the product.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of the original shipping date in order to be eligible for a full refund.
Any packages returned without an RTN number will be subject to a 15%-50% restock and handling charge.
Return Authorizations expire 15 business days after they are issued. We must receive the product within 15 days after issuing the Return Authorization.
If you contact us about a return after 30 days of the original shipping date, we will charge a restock fee of 15% to 30% before credit. Credit can either be a refund or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After 90 days, unused store credit is forfeited.
After 90 days, there are no refunds; however manufacturer warranties may apply to specific products.
Shipping a Return

Non-defective items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition.

The RTN number must be clearly written and enclosed inside the package.
We recommend using a method of shipping that allows tracking of any packages that you return. We are not liable for lost or missing packages on return shipments.
Credit for Returns
Returns are eligible for a full refund including the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund. The returned item(s) must be in resaleable condition and include original packaging. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment originally used for purchase only. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after we receive your returned product. In the rare case that we must send your product back to the manufacturer, this will delay an issuance of credit. Credit card refunds normally appear on the next billing cycle.
